Luke 5:1-11 New Living Translation   5  One day as Jesus was preaching on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, great crowds pressed in on him to listen to the word of God.  2  He noticed two empty boats at the water’s edge, for the fishermen had left them and were washing their nets.  3  Stepping into one of the boats, Jesus asked Simon, its owner, to push it out into the water. But he only shouted louder, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”49 When Jesus heard him, he stopped and said, “Tell him to come here.” So they called the blind man. “Cheer up,” they said. “Come on, he’s calling you!” 50 Bartimaeus threw aside his coat, jumped up, and came to Jesus.51 “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked. “My Rabbi,” the blind man said, “I want to see!”52 And Jesus said to him, “Go, for your faith has healed you.” Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus down the road. If you had the chance today to ask Jesus to do one thing for you, what would it be? Would
